FAQ
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Wow, where do I start? Here are a few ideas. Comments are most welcome – the more ideas the better!
Pin-up clothing is feminine and a little saucy. A pair of heels can transform jeans and a singlet into a cute pin-up look.
Accessories complete the look – a headband, flower in the hair, scarf, brooches.
Girly dresses with flared skirt, tight skirts, sweetheart necklines – polka dots, florals.
Pedal pushers (tight pants that come to just below the knee).
Sailor dresses, or sailor shirt with long white pants or shorts.
Hollywood glamour queen – slinky evening dress and long gloves.
Hula girl – grass skirt, bikini top – byo bikini top, we have a grass skirt and ukulele.
French Maid – black dress with white petticoat, apron – we have a vintage white apron.
I have some items at the studio you can borrow, such as aprons, airforce great coat and hat, sailor hats, white satin gloves, evening gown, wedding dress, cowboy boots and akubra, toolbelt, necklaces, tiara, headbands, scarves. My collection is growing all the time.
Props at the studio include vintage 50s treasures – red or black telephone, typewriter, camera, record player, records, iron, parasol, ukulele, parlour guitar.

CAN I BRING MY BOYFRIEND/HUSBAND?
Nope, sorry – having your man in the room will change how you act.
He’s welcome to come and be in the photos, but not to watch your shoot.
CAN MY FRIEND TAKE PHOTOS ON HER PHONE WHILE I’M HAVING MY PHOTO SHOOT?
